Irisalis: Unlock Date, Iris Petals & Legendary Aniipods

When you can begin

The announced event runs from September 25 at 10:00 to December 10 at 07:59, 2026, in UTC+8. Student I is the participation requirement. This Irisalis event opens after the September 23 version update; the update’s maintenance ending is not the same as the event starting.

Prepare your progression first. Arriving before the event opens or below the required rank will not be solved by collecting ordinary capture items. The seasonal route uses Iris Petals and a specifically named Legendary Aniipod.

Iris Companion acquisition sequence

1. Reach Student I before entering the Legendary Journey.
2. After the event opens, collect Iris Petals from its weekly-limited source.
3. Spend Iris Petals to craft Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis.
4. Use the crafted item’s unlock to enter the Rift Space where Irisalis resides.
5. Forge the Twine with Irisalis to unlock Blessing Gifts. Befriending Irisalis also unlocks its exclusive Transmog ability.

Which item has the guaranteed capture?

The 100% capture guarantee belongs to Legendary Aniipod: Windchaser’s Departure. That specific seasonal item also guarantees Perfect Innate Potential, Sparkling Form and Windchaser’s Departure perks. Do not apply all four guarantees to every Aniipod or to the Irisalis entry item.

Because the second crafting route opens after the Irisalis pod, plan the sequence before spending petals. Inspect the item name at the crafting step and again before use so you do not mistake an encounter unlock for the later seasonal capture item.

The pre-launch developer letter described legendary-token collection and a personal pod leading into a story encounter. The version 1.1 announcement supplies the current event name, dates, rank and Iris Petals sequence. Use those event-specific conditions when preparing for September 25.

Beta instructions built around repeated entry payments and ordinary capture throws describe an earlier design. They should not replace the seasonal crafting and Rift Space steps.
