Team builds
Aniimo Starter Team
Start with Helion or Lunara as your main damage dealer, Hummin for BREAK, Skippy for healing and Nimbi for movement utility. The three wild companions have Basic Form habitats in Nimbus Fields. This is a practical opening team to assemble as you explore, with skill sequences to use as the relevant abilities become available.

The four members and why they are here
| Slot | Member | What to obtain or prepare | Job |
|---|---|---|---|
| DPS | Helion or Lunara | Choose one during the opening story | Helion for close-range halo timing; Lunara for ranged mark-and-attack play. |
| BREAK | Hummin | Catch Basic Form in a listed habitat such as Nimbus Fields | Pressure the Break bar; Euphoric Sonic Blast supplies its energy option. |
| Heal | Skippy | Catch Basic Form in Nimbus Fields or another listed habitat | Keep 20 EP ready for Healing Water when recovery is needed. |
| Utility | Nimbi | Catch Basic Form in Nimbus Fields or The Argent Strait | Use Fly Lv.1/Puff Up for exploration; Cloud Shield protects Nimbi itself. |
Assemble it without waiting for rare forms
- Follow the opening story and choose the starter whose attack range you prefer. The team uses one starter, not both.
- When exploring Nimbus Fields, look for Basic Form Hummin and Skippy to fill the breaking and healing jobs. Check capture eligibility and the displayed encounter before spending rare pods.
- Add Nimbi for movement utility. Do not postpone ordinary story progress while waiting for a Prismana or alternate form of these companions.
- Read each available skill and practice it. Start with the abilities you have unlocked, then add the later skills to the rotations below as they become available.
- Use the collection tracker to record members you have obtained, then direct your next trip toward the missing role.
A combat loop for the team
- Look at the enemy’s HP and Break bar and decide whether you need an opening before committing your main damage skills.
- Use Hummin’s close-range BREAK attacks; aim Euphoric Sonic Blast’s cone and use its 10 energy return to support further skill use.
- Move to your starter when there is a damage opportunity. On Helion, prepare four basics and select an enhanced skill. On Lunara, create Silver Moon Marks with a skill and spend them through basic attack hits.
- Recover with Skippy when HP has been lost and 20 EP is available. Do not spend its entire reserve on repeated orb attacks before a dangerous exchange.
- Use Nimbi when its movement or self-protection solves the immediate problem, then return to the member whose role you need.
Choose the starter sequence you can execute
| Starter | Suggested sequence | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Helion | Four basics → enhanced Holy Roar or Holy Storm → continue pressure → Sun-Kissed when EP is low | The enhancement is spent on a skill. Pick control, damage setup or EP recovery deliberately. |
| Lunara | Lumin Bolts → marked basic hits → Moon Impact on a Fox-marked target → Moon-Washed when needed | Fox Mark and Silver Moon Marks are different effects. Do not ignore the basic attacks that spend your own stacks. |
Missing a member? Replace the job, not just the name
| Missing or unsuitable slot | Alternative | Tradeoff |
|---|---|---|
| Main damage slot | Basic Form Emberpup, found in Nimbus Fields and other listed habitats | Fire DPS with dodge-timed Fire Kick; does not copy the starters’ Holy mark/halo mechanics. |
| Skippy | Basic Form Flutternym, a Wind Heal companion listed in Nimbus Fields and other habitats | A different element and kit. Read its healing skill rather than copying Healing Water’s percentages. |
| Nimbi’s movement utility | Keep another companion needed for the current task | Reconsider movement access before a route requiring a particular ability. |
| Hummin | Use the database’s BREAK filter and choose an obtainable companion | Check habitat and actual skills. A role label alone does not guarantee the same energy loop. |
Investment order and weak points
Keep the team usable before investing deeply in one member: learn the main damage loop, maintain a functioning BREAK option and reserve healing EP. Then review potential and Capability caps before spending rare training materials.
This team uses several roles but does not cover every element. Nimbi’s shield is personal, and choosing it as utility is a tradeoff against another combat specialist. If the same encounter keeps stopping you, identify whether the problem is an elemental matchup, breaking speed, healing or movement and adjust that slot.
Do not multiply individual trait percentages into a fictional team-wide damage total. Their conditions, targets and resource costs differ.
